Was diving into dd. The new CEO is Kris Tabetando. He founded an online company with the address e-financier.com/about-us/. The site stated it was a publicly traded company, but didn’t list the ticker. Provided information that matched $SIPN June financials. Company purchases online/technology companies with revenue up to $100 million. My thought is all purchased business will be rolled under $SIPN. The site was up this morning, but now is password protected. Stay tuned...
