The company, to date, has not had the ability to manufacture enough filters to fill orders for every hospital, should they have all wanted them at any given time. They proved this when they misrepresented to us that they could make $20 million per quarter, $80 million a year back in the Spring and that they were going 24/7. The year's numbers simply do not add up, and show that we were BS'd at that time. We lost a $3 million backlog because we couldn't fill the orders timely. Unprepared. How quickly do you think that info gets out there into the marketplace? If you work for a Fresenius, ya going out to hawk our stuff? If your pal says "Don't go to Kia, I was just there and it's a two month wait for a car" what are you doing? You are looking for other solutions at Honda perhaps. But us? We promote the guy who couldn't get the stuff built quick enough. We get a national TV interview because of one thing, the virus, and say "We're really not a Covid play". We go an entire year saying REMOVE results are coming and do they? Maybe that's not their fault. Are the previous things their fault? We do a financing at $9.50. This is a beaut. A doubleheader. The existing shareholders are pissed (or should have been) because it blew up a rally that had us up to $11.50. The doubleheader? We got a bunch of folks to buy in at that $9.50 and those investors have never seen that price again. They must be ecstatic. This whole thing is frustrating as hell. Inside of 10 days we heard "Lowest hanging fruit" followed by "late 2021, early 2022". Now if the argument is that both of these are correct, we are screwed. And if you choose to answer me, criticize this post, please give the whole group the plan, the path to FDA approval first. Post it here.
