All assets will not be in SGMD’s name NOR jimmies so you can forget taking assets, and ANY money has been sent out of the USA before any action to prevent that so the MONEY is gone, that is a fact, Assets are protected by 3rd party corporations that is also a fact.
So no money to recover and no assets to grab ALL FACTS! You can thank congress for that. OH wait didn’t you also complain to congress? And you’re suing the SEC as well. Dam this gets better and better.
What happened to SGMD is not new to the OTC, they know how to move money, hide assets and skate the law.
For that matter when you say this is NOT your first rodeo WHY IN GODS name did you then get involved in the same situation. Same pump, same intent SAME RODEO! If you say you did this before?
This proves my last point that you will keep doing it over and over and never stop. If you did know this last time you did the rodeo you would have NOT bought into SGMD and that is the only mistake on this issue is you made the choice knowing what will happen. You have to know this by now.
This further proves you cannot help yourself and must love losing money each time you RODEO!
As for the Caveat! It is there for a REASON. If they wanted to get rid of SGMD they would just de-list rather than put on caveat. So its there for a reason.
That reason is the OTC is saying don’t buy the stock YET people still do. That makes the fault even further the fault of the buyers.
So lets recap.
You admit this is NOT your first rodeo so you know this would happen
-You said you filed with Congress
-You said you will sue the SEC
-You said Jimmy will go to jail
-You said You have people on this (yeah sure)
-You said Jimmy should refund everyone
-You said Finra is on this (no they are not)
-You said they cant hide assets, YES THEY CAN
-Now you’re an immigration office saying Jimmy will be deported
The hits keep coming with you and all of those are not chart toppers but one hit wonders that are just words.
Sue them, sue the SEC, protest congress, deport Jimmy, seize assets, get a refund DO SOMETHING but DO IT and stop making it up as you go.
You should switch from being a COWBOY because these Rodeos are not working out for you.
what are you out $500, the small ones are the biggest complainer. If they were big investors they would justify the cost to sue personally. Why have you NOT sued SGMD personally?
My guess is the legal will cost to much and you also know full well you would have no case.
