If this venture turns out to be as big as it realistically can be worldwide.
And of course, if the merger gets done (on record still stands true as of today).

If so, this runs higher % wise than TSN-P.
If the venture is only half as big as we think it might be, this still goes to dollars per share after the merger.
It just won’t go to $100 like it can if this is as big as I think it can be in terms of all the partners involved.
