Is this all the PREFERREDS?

If this is a one-time conversion, that is OK, we suck it up.

Are there any more Preferred shares outstanding? If I recall in BRVO, there were 60 million common shares from preferreds. Does that mean there are still preferred shares that exist - with no cost basis or reason for them to exist in the first place? This is the real problem with these preferred shares - what value, what reason, what money was provided to give people millions upon millions of shares.

I purchased all my shares in the open market - simply due to the fact that Richard Kaiser said these shares ARE NEVER GOING TO BE CONVERTED. (he spoke to many people about this)
