How it works? How would you dump 23 mil shares to make 25 grand? He can do it subtely or brutally. Yesterday he chose the brutal way, today he may wait so people don't freak out, the price jumps back to 0.002 and he or his buddy make 50 grand instead of 25. Hell, I don't know how it works but it surely must be fun for them. WE the "investors" LOL are a totally different story.
