No justinfacts, actually in front of President right now is massive signed petition regarding JC Penneys corrupt fraudulent BK filing by the execs who all ought to be in jail...
And also "fact" that regarding all JCP pensions from looong ago established, that should any CEO or exec ruin the company, file for any BK protection, or commit any fraudulent act to cripple said company, the "Pensioners" have and can, legally then go after all of the standing assets of the CEO and Executive Board members to recoup all losses and make whole !! Wonder why nobody showing those "retirement terms" here or on JCP site ???
MANY of today's corp execs are NOT of the integrity & grain of the old guard loong ago who built such businesses (all mainly with US manfctrd products too). They cared about employees' contributions who MADE the company exist, grow & expand. MANY of today's CEO's are all about greed and "ME" and milk said companies for all worth, then move onto the next victim company, and like the US bankruptcy system, needs massive overhaul...
