Where's the ongoing revenue? Selling a few houses per year? A little profit spread out over 100's of millions of shares?

From what I've seen, their recent property acquisition has yet to be detailed floor by floor, let alone break ground. Have they even found financing for their 37 story apartment building? Seems to me to be a quantum leap for CAVR-- building single-family homes to erecting a 37 story mixed-use tower.

Try finding info on Smith Street Ventures. The best I was able to find is a NJ based entity, formed just 2 months ago.

And residential/commercial development is to be part of a corporate umbrella that includes an app designed to connect those who smoke pot with other pot smokers?
