WOW.

I am impressed by all of this knowledge being shared amongst you. I’ve been reading everything I can get my hands on for a year, and I’ve still yet to learn what I aim to, in order to uncover the truth of it all.

I was married almost 24 years to a man that I sacrificed everything for, and even that was never good enough. He was Lebanese, and only in this country for 6 months when we met. I worked while he went to college, the first 5 years of our marriage, and continued to work another 5 years until we had children, which I was sole caregiver, with no complaints, as I loved being a mom, and everything else domestic. I took impeccable care of our children home, doing everything myself.

We then started a civil engineering firm, and I poured my heart into that too, getting the business off the ground, between being a mom and wife.

We divorced 8 years ago, and because I was not included in our personal finances, and knew very little about the business end, the fiduciary duty to disclose all of our assets, rested on my former husband. Well, he disclosed nothing, so I got nothing to show for 24 years of hard work and dedication.

Well, 8 years later, I am struggling for basic necessities, while he is very wealthy.

My former husband, worked for SunCal, before starting on his own. I remember seeing piles of dockets about the Lehman Brothers BK, and SunCal, in the office, and overhearing things, that told me we had invested the millions of dollars out company was pulling in, into the Lehman Brothers, and that we had borrowed a great deal from The Lehman’s as well.

believe that the Lehman’s funded the loans to my former husband, to purchase raw land, that was sold at huge profits, once the land was entitled and build ready, which was done by our civil engineering and consulting firm.

When I told this to the judge, he literally nearly laughed at me, saying, I shouldn’t mention that again, as everyone knows that no one got a thing back that they put into the Lehman Brothers. So I left it at that. But I knew better, because he was living well, and I am struggling.

Recently, I took a closer look, and realized that the Judge was not entirely correct. The trouble is now, how do I prove it. I have some things, our company filed a lien against them shortly after the Lehman’s filed Bk, and a few other things. But finding out which entity he is has been difficult. It’s just recently that I’ve looked into LBIE, and I am not surprised at the Lehman’s ties with the Middle East, and Lebanon. He always believed in investing in his home country, particularly real estate.

In order to secure an attorney, I need something to show that my case would be a good investment, as they will have to put money up front for this kind of case. Do you have any suggestions on how to reveal a creditor or claimant entity?
