Can't pump and dump rare earth, minerals, titanium, copper, cobolt, and manganese, diamond and gold. The this one has mineral rights and 55% interest in another miner jupgf trading at 75 cents. As is 2 billion and os 1.5 billion which is unheard of for a miner.
