So they had enough votes last time according to Former CEO....RXMD Armen used them. Not to pass the motion , but to meet the obligation of a Quorum. Whether he uses his Preferred Shares and 50.99% Control is a different subject. Point is he can if he CHOOSES TO....easy to see why so important to call Shareholders...VOTE Will be a lot closer this time as a more contentious subject. RXMD Armen hoping he doesn’t have to use them for PR purposes.GLTA
