Might have heard this from current board member...

Cedars Sinai has some technology that they are looking to take public. They had many LOI with IMUC but never brought any funding. Current management did not want to give over the clean shell and remaining funds to someone without any funding.

About a month ago they came back to the table with $3M in secured funding that is to close this month.

Looks like by year end a deal will be completed with the new group from Cedars. Shell will transfer, new management, new technology and new focus but still in oncology.

New team has on their own expense completed their due diligence and completed audits on IMUC going back to delisting.

This news should come this year. I believe this will cause the stock to trade up.

New company will be almost ready to start clinical trials in humans. However with all oncology start ups they will need offerings for funding.

Hopefully new team will be thoughtful in their funding approach and wait for value appreciation before seeking funding.

All depends on technology and execution at this point. Who knows in 5 years we may have a billion dollar company or it can be a complete failure.
