Very obvious now, they are definitely acquiring another big company for the uplist, which will drive up the stock price drastically before R/S when this news is announced. The majority of the 75M incentive shares will be awarded to the new management team members from the other company that is being acquired, such as for the new CEO, and new independent directors etc.
