Just had a thought...How could Mario Pino create 8.2B shares for his friends and family to make money if they were invalid shares?
What if he had his friends and family short valid shares at whatever the price was at the time, then buy them back at a much reduced price due to retail selloff due to major dilution of an announced increase of 8.2B to the OS? And the 8.2B were never valid?

Just a thought.
