I've yet to see one beneficial to shareholders,usually they get screwed big time. Peeps lose 90% of their shares for a new share price (on this ticker) of $2.30 but the pps will never hold.

Usually it drops like a rock at the bell. I've seen stock lose 80% of it's value in just hours on a RS. Check in tomorrow AM and see what happens.
