Mnoochie has a chance to "take the higher ground" and put a stop to the government robbing shareholders with the NWS.

So far, he has not done so, but has instead, "sat on his thumbs".
Then he sucks his thumb, rotating right to left to keep the "flavor".

If he took the higher ground, he would end the cship, release the twins. He doesnt have to worry about his job anymore. Now, he need only concern himself with his "legacy".

Does he want to be known as the "do nothing" Treasurer, or the one that helped heal America?

He can be part of the solution or part of the problem. So far, he is part of the problem..a BIG part.
