You out to much emphasis on the SEC. RBII management could have came out along time ago and kept a good rapport with us and the stock would have prospered. The more we complained about losses or lack of transparency and udates they insisted on ignoring us instead. That was more damaging than the SEC. That silence grew mistrust and angst against the company.
