Make sense what we saw with the shares. But last Thurs, Fri, we clearly saw accumulation to overwhelm any remaining dilution. Golden cross about to happen. RSI reset. Ridiculously undervalued relative to potential truck rental business revenues. Float still low as you can see stock moves on air.

The heavy constant selling was our way of "clearing the aire"

We now can start putting out press and announcing the national news that we can be part of.

The shares that were issued - the 115 Million shares - were restricted and to insider management of Daniels & payless. These shares were used for our incentive program. The share base was extended allowing our hedge funds to exit big enough blocks of stock faster. and it will eliminate the overhang
