The same people that forwarded me the Nanobeak investment slideshow also forwarded me this. An exemption on the 510K is an absolute gamechanger and will get the product to market faster and at less cost than anticipated. Obviously this is why the stock was running, leaked insider information. But, its out now baby!

So this is what we know for sure now:


1. Lawsuit brought against former CEO of the parent company by the company itself for multimillion dollar fraud charges. Explains why no new filings, if the case is ongoing there would be confidentiality orders from speaking about it publicly.

2. Clinical trials completed and the decision to not classify the device as an FDA controlled device, bypasses the 510k requirements and gets to market faster.

3. Company has declared revenue of over $25,000,000. Likely from equity financing (this would have been kept quiet until finalized so the deal would not fall through). From Owler: “Hound Labs is Nano Mobile Healthcare's #3 rival. Hound Labs was founded in 2014 in Oakland, California. Hound Labs is in the Computers, Peripherals, Networking and Electronic Equipment industry. Hound Labs generates $23M less revenue than Nano Mobile Healthcare.”

4. Active license agreement between Nanobeak & NASA & Exclusive Sublicense agreement between VNTH & Nanobeak (linking VNTH to Nanobeak and NASA by extension aka “arm’s length).
5. Partnership active with JHU.
