YBGJ...encouraged by what I am seeing......

Excited for name/symbol change; unfortunately, looked like sellers showing up the last day or two

Overall, I am happy with what I have seen so far. Although David Lazar, Magna Acquisition, and previous management controlled over 50% of the legacy shares at the time of the RM (leaving perhaps less than 500K shares in the hands of "normal" retail shareholders), I am actually a little surprised that we have not seen more intense selling above the $1 level. It is difficult to know how much depth might be sitting/hiding around that $2 area, but my gut feeling is that YBGJ will break that price area and probably move well.

Everything seems to be moving in a methodical path forward. I still need to get confirmation of what the post-RM share structure will look like. But it is very nice to get the name/symbol change out of the way. I feel reasonably confident that the new company will maintain its filing obligations and keep YBGJ current. That is half the battle it seems when dealing with foreign companies.

I also feel pretty good about the chances of seeing some good press releases in the coming weeks/months, which would be helpful/nice to see.

I noticed that Yubo added two more revolving slides to its homepage yesterday. Both slides have December 8 dates on them. Getting accurate/sensible translations from pictures/images is always difficult. But the first slide appears to have reference to Yubo's American listing, and the second slide refers to a Yubo biomedical application forum and the promotion of the VIV-CELL Experience Centers. My guess is this second slide means that Yubo will be hosting or participating in some type of a conference/forum where the biomedical applications of its stem cell technologies will be discussed.
