$RXMD My sentiments exactly, thanks for sharing. I have a decent position as well, and actually made some timely and hefty additions to my position after the record date (Oct 23):

Stockholders of record at the close of business on October 23, 2020 will be entitled to notice of and to vote at the Special Meeting or any postponement or adjournment thereof.

I don't get (or make) the time to keep up on all these message boards, so maybe this is no longer an interesting topic, but I am just starting to catch up on recent posts. So if this is boring, just ignore, lol.

You gave me the idea to go through my blocked calls over the past several days. Though I don't think I missed a call from Weisberg, I did miss 14 calls from a proxy solicitor. I'm pretty sure it must be about the RXMD proxy notice:

I received two calls per day from 516-937-3258 on Nov 25, 27 & 30 and on Dec 1, 2 & 3. No messages were left. This link says "516-937-3258 belongs to LAUREL HILL ADV."

I received two calls from 888-742-1305 on December 4, one at 1:06pm, the other at 2:13pm. No messages were left.

They are definitely being aggressive in calling for the vote, I'll say that. But yeah, I'll also wait until after the conference call, as more info is needed. Though the S1 PR does provide a really great start, and I'm definitely happy to have tomorrow's con call!

So much to look forward to here year after year, and RXMD has been a favorite of mine for many years!
