It is a shell but it isn't exactly clean - it is a Calvin Ross Shell that Kim was duped into buying.

He attempted a couple of projects but he didn't follow through.

I have read all of the TA documents and the O/S is actually much better than is stated because he put an a Administrative Freeze on 55 million shares from Ross, more frozen from Jason Rupert - for a total of over 100 million shares.
