R17, other posts you’ve made a few times in different forms have also stayed with me... and that’s about TDS using stock as currency:

R17 Post#11749:
“Management presumably wants to use stock to do deals like the ones we know about and others in their pipeline. They also NEED a strong stock price to effect these deals and appease the private investors.”

R17 Post #4245
“No doubt they want a Nasdaq listing to have stock as currency to do deals and augment their market position even further. I would assume they have some US targets in mind to buy and take advantage of the NOLs too.”

TDS needs a stronger stock price to uplist to Nasdaq, get more deals done, and add value for private investors. Also, to remain competitive with the likes of top companies the share price should reflect it’s future value similar to others.

A number of execs have a strong background in M&As, hedge funds, financial backgrounds. Best believe they will strive to optimize share value for shareholders, private investors, amongst competitors and in the eyes of public or future investors.

Plus as many have noted, strong future valuation must be factored into any calculation.

I think they will manage/manipulate OS accordingly to support PPS in order to obtain certain goals, while driving share value to achieve glowing optics amongst investors, and competitors like $NOW.
