$20 million market cap is incorrect. Once the merger is completed the share structure will most likely be in the 200 million area, that would give current CLHI shareholders about 10% of the post merger company. That makes the current market cap approximately $160,000,000 at $0.80.

We know what SNOW, etc have under the hood as we can see their financials. Looking forward to seeing what TDS sales, EBITDA, etc are in the upcoming filings.
