Common give the guy some rest, no one knows the answers to that, and just because you have seen that other company run, has nothing to do here, FYI, major differences between the two, one put out prs like every week, and paid fees, and was current, other no,,,one had no sec complaints filed against them, well I really don't know, but at least I know this one has, and I do know first hand, that the sec will wait until first press release to take action,,,I can give you the ticker, and you can atully read all my posts there if you like,,,I guess the ones who know best, are the ones who actually talked with the sec, and remember back when this all happen, I said the shareholder pays the price, not the CEO, as he has moved on,,,
