We are almost at that place where "officials" may have to be notified to take a closer look at this suspect behavior to prevent fraud. You go public, you take money from shareholders, you have to be accountable. That's the deal. No one likes losing, and we all recognize there is high risk with penny stocks, but, if there is wrongdoing going on here, it has to be flushed out. This year was filled with optimism and hope and it has all but fallen by the wayside with no rhyme or reason.
