Close, but there's a built in grace period which is why I said to expect Delisting in 2021. In my opinion Dennis will milk this as long as he can. On a positive note though. Once the reporting does go into effect. Most traders will become even more leery of companies like MNVN not in compliance and avoid them to a greater extent than they do now. GLTY!!
