I think four years of attacking America's democratic institutions is evidence he knows exactly what he's doing. And that is feeding his base while, at this juncture at least, looking for another run in 2024. Will he run then? Who knows. But he's no doubt planning to.

Glasser is right. No shrug whatevers. The GOP, and most of it's political members, are obviously still his.
