Yesterday, December 3, 2020, Managment converted a total of $306,000 of accrued and unpaid salaries into a tostal of 1,700,000 Series "C" Preferred Shares at $0.18 per share. These shares are locked-up until December 31, 2022.

Today we announced a $5,000,000 investment into our Company. This investment is convertible into restricted shares in 18 months time and at the exact trading price of stock 2 days prior to conversion. The shares to be issued will not be discounted in any way.

Today we announced that we have secured an investment of $5,000,000 dollars for our next IFA acquisition. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic it took us longer than expected.
