H2...Normal stuff in a RM situation. OS might go up to increase their holding say about 90% ownership by TDS and 10% by CLHI shareholders. Could be 200 million OS after everything said and done.

want to see what CLHI shareholders get as part of the total merger and also see a PR.



A $20 pps puts this at $4 billion MC. Pretty good compared to competitors in the space.
