Dan Bishop (R) North Carolina is requiring that the D.O.T develop best practices and methods to test for impaired driving due to drug use. I know this was a major point of importance for the late great John Groman. There is virtually no competition in this space, and none that are publicly traded except this one. It may have been why we moved so hard and so fast the last few days. Wouldn’t it be nice if government money were finding its way into the company? Then those back filings could come out finally.
