Mr. Tabetando was also a Vice President of a boutique investment bank founded in 2000 with offices in Toronto and Geneva. Its core activities are Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Advisory Services and Principal Investments, and focuses on transactions valued between $5 million and $50 million. Mr. Tabetando was responsible for M&A advisory services to software and Internet companies.

Mr. Tabetando has advised clients across Europe, North America, Asia, and Africa. Mr. Tabetando will engage his global network of brokers, advisors, and entrepreneurs in the online and technology industry to identify target businesses.

Mr. Tabetando holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering and Applied Mechanics from McGill University, and also holds a post-graduate in Marketing Management from Humber College. Mr. Tabetando lives in Toronto.
