Exactly, The OTC changing the rules to not allow tickers to up tier to the QB with toxic debt was the best thing that happened to PCTL.

They acted on the new rule and cleaned all the toxic debt. Now just waiting on the official up tier from the OTC.

I've read some think the OTC QB is meaningless. With this new rule it gives more credibility to the QB vs just a way for the OTC to make more money.

It allows investors that won't invest in a pink sheet stock a way to invest in a microcap stock knowing there is no toxic debt to be concerned about.

I congratulate PCTL in being able to clear all the toxic debt at the same time increasing yoy revenues.
