I'm sure most of you professional traders know this, but I am not, so I am just thinking out loud here: Diluting the stock by just adding millions and millions of shares to sell, diminishes the value of our stock. How is this any different then the Fed printing more and more money resulting in huge debt and inflation? I know I am going to get more lucid explanations from this question. I have not pieced this together in my mind just yet. Educate me.
