In a PR dated Jan 2019, KBLB stated a similar statement:

Kraig Biocraft Laboratories ... announces today that it has successfully delivered the first two shipments of its highly specialized silkworms, which produce a silk with the physical characteristics of spider silk, to Vietnam.

Most shareholders thought this meant that production was underway, only to find out many months later that the eggs were in quarantine for 9 months.

This is probably a similar situation.

Notice that the latest PR doesn't mention the word "Prodigy". Neither did the PR in Jan 2019...
