Thought it would be good to average down for a few bucks. Gave a good example of the games that go on in OTC. The bid was .35...I put in an order for .40 (never shows up, bid is still showing .35). Got partial filled next day at .36.
Changed my bid to .37...the guy at .35 is still the one showing and again I get partial filled at .36...My .37 order is still in but not showing and the next order skips me and fills the guy at .35....
