Ipilpi, BLTA leadership knew exactly what they were doing;

They out out a Pro Forma forecast of ridiculous revenue numbers that they knew could not be achieved by one plane flying once a week and they used that to sell private placement stock to people not qualified to buy it from a guy not licensed to sell it. They were not trying to fly or build an airline.

Good luck.

Imagine what Christmas could have been like if you chose not to buy and hold penny stocks.
