He's a real jackass of all trades , isn't he!

Making wine is not like making beer where much more sanitation is critical. So he may get away with such an amateur setup.
With wine all you do is press the grapes wherever and throw in some sulfites and you're good to go. lots of luck with those glass carboys though - they break easily if you try to carry them around. Plus it doesn't look like they topped off the carboys to prevent oxidation:
Step 5: Protect Your Creation
Since there’s no more release of carbon dioxide, it’s vital to protect the wine from air and premature oxidation. Keep the carboy topped up all the way, and minimize the number of times you open it. Top up with a good commercial wine of the same grape variety, if needed.








are they doing that at the Titan Silo facility? Didn't he say before they were working with some wine company somewhere? Did they just bring the vat of crushed grapes to him and they bottled them in the carboys?

that set up looks as amateur as the bath bomb set up!
