When Using a PE = 20 and anual revenues around $1.6 M and 8% of Revenues as Anual Net income and 317 M shares, Then I get PPS = 0.008

I would have to use a PE = 60 to get a PPS = 0.025

( $1.245 M and $0.102 M in revenues and $0.102 M as net Income for the 9 months ended September 30, 2020 )
