"Imo he's either totally inept or a complete con" He is not either...he has, as many, find themselves in a leadership position of a company with very rapid expansion preforming as one always ( continues) to perform as a one man show. There is a point at which a good CEO realizes he must delegate responsibility and surround himself with talented people. IE: he needs Division heads who can concentrates on the division. Case in point...suggestion was made to hire additional help in accounting...they have hired 2 accts. Gary is beginning to realize he can’t do it all, as demonstrated by the two Accountants just hired to assist Marion.
It will take 6 months to search, interview & put in place Division hires.
