I agree with this assessment with exception to the pps after FDA. If superiority is awarded, I think that you could see the price north of $3.00. Two cases; 1) The price has seen the mid-2s twice before 2) I have seen this happen in other tickers of substantial medical benefit to the community; i.e. QBIO. The trick is holding the price there so they will need to move fast. QBIO is trading at $1.03, after being up last year around this time. I would really hate to see that happen for UEEC.
