I'm not sure where lawsuit in april originated from. But I had read in one of our last reports mths ago that it had to be finalized by the end of feb. I think it also was from a CSE report. With lawsuit and quarterly report both due in feb I really believe we start rocketing only than. Not so much expecting anyone to care or agree with me. But only after feb I think Igen will be heavily looked at for possible buyout. Why would someone buy it earlier when in the middle of a lawsuit? The awarded cash will be our carrot to the rabbit. Obviously hope wrong and we get an early great xmas. But for that, we need major fireworks to get rolling. This afternoon news had bumped us up only 2%. Now already back to unchanged??
