The affiliate trick doesn't work - Cytodyn is indeed being targeted by the SEC

Some here claim that the SEC FOIA does not imply that the SEC is investigating CYDY. Because the screenshots talk about "Cydodyn or its affiliates". And so, John Fife's Iliad being an affiliate of Cytodyn (as a lender), the SEC may really well be focusing on John Fife/Iliad and not on Cytodyn.

This is wrong for a simple reason (without even challenging what "affiliate" means in that very specific legal contex): the SEC is not investigating anymore John Fife/Iliad. Because it has already gone to the next step with him and opened a lawsuit since early September. So, by the very design of the legal process followed, they have gone public and don't need anymore to protect disclosure of that simple fact in the FOIA.

If you logically eliminate Fife/Iliad, then only Cytodyn and/or Nader Pourhassan (its CEO) remain. And god knows Nader has lied so many times...they have a nice investigation ongoing!
