There's always a BO possibility. If nothing comes to in a few months, that should be the topic at the next SH meeting (as you and I both know NP has padded himself nicely with like mined BODs).
What's the metric from born to passing a drug? 8 years and millions of dollars? Billions maybe? There's a ton of research that went into this molecule with a couple of PH2/3 done plus the trademarks. That alone IMHO is worth 5b and I'm being conservative.

Someone did all the legwork, get it on the cheap and rebrand it, market it and sell it.

Nothing new under the sun to make $. Just need to 'want' to make $.
