I'm not sure but it's more or less irrelevant. I'm involved with other companies that have applied for uplisting well over a year ago and have received no rejection and no uplisting. So s lack of denial means very little, it could sit in application purgatory for ever apparently. Shareholders shouldn't be satisfied until it's accepted, and should be looking for the company to provide meaningful and truthful updates when milestones aren't hit and guidance they've given proves to have been inaccurate.
