the stock will have 3 to 6 month restricted. this came from jeff. i would not buy any stock. after 12/28/06 was cut off date according to jeff. if you bought the stock after this, i do not know if you get any gbrc stock for your msrm stock. the deal is done and we got the shaft. it still a good long term investment.
