10K draft is in DropBox, audit is done, now drop the #s into it and file once edited. 10Q's for 2019 will go quickly thereafter as only reviewed not audited. I got very sick w COVID and then FLU lost a chunk of November. Lots of good things cooking watch EDGAR I am getting caught up on disclosures - see 8K's.
