As I said yesterday I try to be watching the Time and Sales around this time every morning to see what people are trying to nab premarket

Today was the 4th day in a row that there was been a 8am Eastern Form T Trade at the ASK price in SNVP. Today was 500,000 at .0007 and it all adds up to about 3M shares between .0006 - .0007

I've never done a T trade, but usually I see them reserved for stocks that people think are going to react with volatility at open. Maybe it's just someone who can't trade during the open hours and is accumulating that way, but I'm not sure if there are extra fees associated.
