document: GOOGLE did not appeal to SCOTUS. In the latest filing below. Case is being sent back to USPTO and Examiner. (thx to jmcai from SW)

Both Google and Inhpi District Court cases stayed due to 912 reexamination at PTAB and then CAFC. The re-examination for both cases was enjoined into one at the PTAB. The above joint status update recognizes the Patent Reexamination is complete and is being sent back to the USPTO for the final reviews and updates to the 912 to issue patent certificate. So this update is saying the appeal period has expired and the case remands back to USPTO for final steps...this applies to both Google and Inphi cases. It would not be sent back to the USPTO if there was a pending appeal at SCOTUS. The above says the period to appeal the CAFC decision has expired ERGO Google did not file appeal at SCOTUS ERGO patent certificate is in the process of being issued
