If we were actually getting a grant, and not just dreaming about getting one, we might get back to a dime. But as a reminder, we were bypassed for a DoE grant in 2017, despite alleged spectacular test results at the time (that management promised to share, but never did).

It's hard to imagine the DoE would be interested three years later. But perhaps REE interest has changed things.
